Charles Barkley: Great player, funny guy, stupider than warm mud. When he starts talking society and politics, he sound as utterly ridiculous as I would look trying to play NBA basketball.

Nice. So if, for the sake of argument, we insist that Tim Duncan is a center, there's a reasonable amount evidence that Charles Barkley may in fact be the best PF in the history of the league? At least as on offensive player. I love math-letics!

SPM says Barkley is #1 all-time, better than Duncan, better than Malone. WS/48 says he's second behind Duncan. Ditto PER. But because Charles had the misfortune of being in the same draft class as Michael Jordan, people don't really appreciate him as much as they should.
