(Maybe they beat the Spurs the year Amare got suspended after coming off the bench.) Anyway, now that the Spurs are in decline the Suns look like they will advance. This current Suns team is much more conventional than the 2005-2008 Suns and values scrappy guys who DiAntoni probably never would have let on the court since they are not necessarily the most skilled type players. But guys that can rebound and to garbage stuff are sometimes very important to a team's overall success.
