We'll do one for him next week.

I was having a conversation with some people about the best forwards throughout the 90s (naturally, guys like Karl Malone, Charles Barkley, Scottie Pippen, etc, are the first to be mentioned), but an often overlooked player has come to my mind: Detlef Schrempf. Why him? He seemed to be the "predecessor" to Dirk Nowitzki during his time - a player with length at the four-spot who could also cause tricky matchup problems with his ability to stretch out the floor with the outside shot. His per-game averages don't seem too impressive, but his per 36 minutes aren't too shabby, and some of the advanced metrics seem to like him as well. I think a Keltner List is in order - I'm not saying Detlef is a Hall-of-Famer by any means, but maybe it could put his career into a more favorable context.

Thanks!

Their offensive efficiency vs. L.A. was 101.0 (all teams averaged 108.6 in Round 2), and they allowed 109.1 pts/100 poss. to the Lakers, which makes for a differential of -8.13 pts/100 poss.

They only had 3 players with positive SPM, and one of them was Yao who missed half the series.
