While I agree that it is unlikely for Utah to finish 2nd in the west, it is hardly as inconceivable as the above comments suggest. In fact you only have to look back one season to see that the Denver Nuggets finished the 8th seed in 07/08 and then jumped all the way up to the 2nd seed in 08/09.

Don't forget that Utah had a bad run with injuries last year. If they had a full season from Deron Williams and even a 60 game season from Boozer it is not hard to imagine them winning another 6 games which would have put them up there with the 2nd placed Nuggets.

Ha, thanks, it's been fixed. You know, that's actually the one flaw of the Linkify Tool -- if a player's name contains another player's name within it (i.e. "Deron Williams" has the string "Ron Williams" inside of it), the tool will automatically link the name within the name. This also happens for Baron Davis (he gets linked to Ron Davis) and Rasual Butler (Al Butler) quite a bit, so if you see it messed up like that, give a holler and we'll fix it.

wel to tell u at least 3 teams in the nba can win 60 games...well with good team improvement i can say still one or two but it'll be tough...this not good to trust!utah?!struggled well last yr 2nd on the west?!kidding me?!denver s.a and portland way down after utah?!i love them but this is way too futuristic....
